About Brian L. Oaks

Licensed to practice in the state of Indiana since 1990. Graduate of Wabash College and Indiana University Law School. Member of the Commercial Law League of America, the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, a member of the creditor rights section, a member of the Howard County Bar Association, (President 1995), the Kokomo Howard County Chamber of Commerce, (President 2005-2006).

I have a wonderful daughter, Eileen who is a junior at Ithaca College, and a crazy rat terrier, Finnigan. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, tennis and spending time at the lake.

My attitude about Collections

Through my experience and ability, I can add value to your attempt to collect money. While there are similarities to collection cases, each case needs to be reviewed individually and solutions need to found. I don’t believe in pushing paper to look busy, I believe in getting results. My experience has shown that by combining a full working knowledge of collection law with persistence and creativity produces results.
